We are a locally owned company that manages Hardway Mobile Home Park and Andrews Mobile Home park, both located in Franklin, Kentucky. We strive to provide the best service possible and work to provide family oriented living at both Hardway and Andrews Parks. We have 68 lots total, and often have room to welcome new residents.

Residents are welcome to move their own home into our parks, but we also offer options for new residents who are looking for a home. We have a selection of clean and affordable mobile homes which we can finance for you at a fair price. We are happy to work with residents who would like to own their own home, and we strive to provide options so that everyone can.

Both parks are located close to downtown Franklin and are a convenient location for families with children, individuals who work in Franklin, and anyone looking for quiet atmosphere. We are currently accepting new residents, though space is limited and filling up fast. We would love to work with you to find a home that fits your needs and welcome you into one of our parks.
